However, after long-term use, it was found that the machine will be crushed and overloaded when processing PE foam, and the material cannot be completely melted. After examination, INTCO found that their EPS foam density is 2 lbs, while PE foam density is 1.7 lbs to 2 lbs. The density is different, so the machine cannot process two different foams normally. As more and more PE foam became available, the company decided to purchase another foam densifier to process the PE foam separately. And a foam densifier is easy to operate, and its compression ratio is larger than other machines, so the recycling efficiency is higher.
