Collier County of Florida has launched a Styrofoam recycling program that since October 1, 2020, both residents and commercial customers can drop off their waste foam products free of charge at the North Collier Recycling Drop-Off Center located at 9950 Goodlette Frank Road. Thanks to the $50,000 grant from Foam Recycling Coalition used for purchasing a Styrofoam densifier, the pilot project has the opportunity to be carried out.

If every government or enterprise with a large number of Styrofoam could import a Styrofoam densifier like the Collier government, the annoying Styrofoam could be turned into considerable income.
