Waste foam plastics in developed countries can be dealt with GREENMAX machine


In 2018, along with China's launch of the ban on plastic, 24 categories of plastic wastes have been forbade to import. While the western plastics consuming countries have not yet made sufficient preparations. In particular, many countries have relied on the export of plastic wastes to China, so its own solid waste processing chain is relatively weak. From the current situation, some western countries now have piled up a lot of plastic garbage. In recent years, China has become the world's largest importer of plastic waste. For example, over two thirds of the waste plastics in the United Kingdom are shipped to China. Although dealing with waste plastics and reusing them in industrial manufacturing can save raw materials and play a positive role in promoting employment, the negative effect of environmental pollution is also outstanding. Therefore, it is constantly criticized by public opinion and rectification is imperative.

China plans to completely halt the import of "alternative solid wastes from domestic resources" by the end of 2019. This will further increase the pressure on Western countries to handle domestic waste on their own, a trend that is irreversible. It is imperative for the western countries to deal with plastic waste locally.

Take foam plastic as an example, the developed countries deal with waste plastic can buy foam densifier through INTCO recycling first, and then they can compact or melt the waste foam into blocks or ingots. After granulation, these blocks or ingots can be made into pellets and then they can be sold to China.

In fact, all Western countries are already industrialized countries with adequate technology and funds to handle and reuse plastic waste. If we were able to deal with various plastic waste in situ and incorporate them into a recycling economy, there will probably come out new environmental protection technologies and standards.
