In China, all current PET plastic bottles are manufactured by all the oil extracted from virgin PET material. 3 million tons of PET bottles production will consume more than 18 million tons of oil, meanwhile, enormous environmental pressure will be caused. Renewable PET recycling plastic bottles can help conserve resources.

In Beijing, the total amount of waste PET plastic bottles is up to 150,000 tons per year, and about 6 billion waste plastic bottles, which have great harm to the environment. PET bottle is not only widely used for packaging carbonated beverages, water, juice and tea drinks. It is the largest use of beverage packaging, and is widely used in many fields, such as food, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and packaging.

PET plastic has a wide application in the field of packaging, whether packaging film, sheet, or beer bottles. But when these materials are discarded, they don’t know how to deal with.

So recycling PET bottles can not only solve environmental problems, but also can be used as a new raw material resources to alleviate the shortage of Chinese PET material contradictions.

Now PET bottles recycling machines have been produced. Greenmax dewater machines could handle these waste plastic bottles. Greenmax POSEIDON could dewater the beverage bottles and dry out the bottles. At last, waste PET bottles could be compacted. The effect is that waste PET bottles could be transported easily and they will need little space. So transportation costs will be reduced greatly.
