PET bottle balers help MLI achieve high-quality recycling - MLI quickly realizes reordering

MLI is a waste recycling company based in Surabaya, Indonesia, covering waste collection in Surabaya and some small islands in Eastern Indonesia. Since July 2022, it has begun supplying PET bottle bales to INTCO Recycling, the parent company of GREENMAX, making it an important strategic supplier for us in Eastern Indonesia.

Previously, the customer had been using a locally purchased vertical PET bottle baler in Indonesia. The machine had low baling power and the bale size was not fully suitable for loading into 40HQ containers, resulting in a consistent loading weight of only 10-12 tons per container, while the average loading weight of other suppliers in Indonesia was 14-15 tons. This led to high transportation costs for the customer, putting them at a disadvantage in collaboration with our company and against local competition. The customer therefore sought a better PET bottle recycling solution from us, urgently needing to increase loading weights, reduce transportation costs, and achieve fully mechanized and efficient loading.

MLI is aware that our company's overall procurement volume in the local area has been steadily increasing, and they are quite familiar with the characteristics and recycling model of Indonesian bottle bricks. Therefore, after learning that INTCO Recycling not only offers recycling services but also provides recycling machines under their GREENMAX brand, they decisively placed an order in 2022 for one horizontal PET bottle baler and three vertical PET bottle balers. They hope that we can assist them in developing a more efficient PET bottle recycling solution tailored to their specific situation and implement it as soon as possible.

After confirming the order, our company not only customized the equipment and complete solutions according to the period, but also delivered four GREENMAX balers, including a conveyor belt, on time. After the customer received the machines, we promptly provided on-site usage guidance services, and also offered reasonable optimization suggestions for the layout and planning of the customer's recycling plant based on our observations at the customer's site. The customer not only became proficient in using the GREENMAX baler but also made more scientific adjustments to the factory layout, significantly improving production efficiency, noticeably enhancing container loading weight, and greatly optimizing transportation costs.

It is worth mentioning that as MLI's collaboration with GREENMAX deepens and stabilizes, the customer has placed another order for four vertical GREENMAX balers in 2024, expanding their bottle and brick recycling business from Surabaya and other areas to Guinea Island, opening new recycling points, and enhancing their competitive strength in the industry, while also strengthening their raw material cooperation with INTCO Recycling. The customer believes our recycling closed loop is very complete and mature, giving us high recognition, which is why they have maintained close cooperation with our company, and suppliers have steadily increased, achieving a win-win collaboration.

GREENMAX baler has increased the loading weight for the customer, reduced logistics costs, and greatly increased the profit margin from raw materials, earning the trust of the customer. The customer has steadily placed orders, continuously expanding their business scope, enhancing their business strength, and successfully working with customers to achieve green recycling.
