Phoenix Techno Concept Multi Crate Sarl, located in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, abbreviated as Congo-Kinshasa. Its owner, Mr. Sley, is an entrepreneur with a recycling philosophy. With the recent development of industry in Africa, he has noticed an increasingly severe trend of plastic pollution in the area, with plastic waste visible in every corner. Environmental protection issues will undoubtedly become important in the local context in the near future. Driven by environmental awareness and recognizing that plastic recycling will be a blue ocean industry—since there are no specialized recycling companies conducting large-scale recycling locally—he hopes to establish the first professional company for PET plastic waste recycling in the area. With this vision, he and his partner David learned about GREENMAX on Facebook.

In November 2024, partner David visited the equipment brand GREENMAX under INTCO Recycling, where he learned about our recycling model and the on-site production line. In December 2024, Mr. Sley visited our factory in Shanghai, and both parties engaged in in-depth discussions about their environmental protection concepts and recycling models, mutually recognizing each other. Finally, they ordered a simple recycling station system from our company — a PET bottle de-labeling machine and a horizontal PET bottles baler.

The reason the customer chose GREENMAX is that he realized that environmental protection is a very good investment industry. As the first person in the local area to engage in the recycling industry, it also means he has no experience in recycling and no other companies to refer to. Therefore, he does not have a clear concept of how to recycle, how to make a profit, how to sell the recycled products, market conditions, and how to carry out further processing and utilization. These are exactly the areas where GREENMAX excels. We provide machinery and equipment, teach customers how to achieve high-quality recycling, and on the backend, we have our own PET recycling products made in our factory in Malaysia. We can repurchase the compressed bottles that the customer has recycled at market price, or we can introduce them to other manufacturers with purchasing needs for cooperation, allowing customers who are newly entering the recycling industry to try without any worries.

The orders for July 2025 have been completed and delivered. The customer has received the PET bottle de-labeling machine and the horizontal PET bottles baler as part of the PET bottles recycling machine package, along with a packaging station system consisting of three conveyor belts. This PET bottles recycling machine utilizes conveyor belts for loading and uses machinery for de-labeling, eliminating the inefficiency of traditional manual de-labeling. In the long run, it not only improves efficiency but also significantly saves on labor costs. The customer's initial plan is to start with recycled bottle bricks, aiming for a production of 50-100 tons per month, and will continue to expand capacity and deepen their involvement in the recycling field. We look forward to the customer successfully establishing the first professional PET bottle recycling company in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and we will become long-term friendly partners!
