GREENMAX Attends K 2025 – Join Us in Düsseldorf

We are proud to announce that GREENMAX will be showcasing at the world’s leading trade fair for plastics and rubber – K 2025 in Germany, from October 8–15, 2025!

Booth: Hall 4 | E28

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany

As a well-known foam recycling brand under INTCO Recycling, GREENMAX has always focused on the research and innovation of plastic recycling equipment, including foam compactors, PET bottle and aluminum can dewatering machines, PE film pelletizers, and film washing lines.

At this exhibition, we will showcase several flagship machines and share new ideas for sustainability and practical experience in efficient recycling. We also look forward to discussing EPS block sales with more customers, which can be used to produce recycled building materials, picture frames, and more.

Featured Equipment

Styrofoam Compactor:

Designed for EPS and EPE, this compactor compresses loose foam into high-density blocks at a 50:1 ratio, significantly reducing transportation and storage costs while increasing the value of recycled material. With screw extrusion and a surface melting system, it saves energy and effectively solves the rebound and expansion issues of PE foam. Versatile and cost-efficient, it can handle EPS, EPE, and EPP, reducing equipment investment and improving foam recycling profitability.

Dewatering Machine

Combining compaction and dewatering in one unit, this machine removes excess liquid from plastic containers while achieving a 10:1 volume reduction. Collected liquid drains into a stainless steel tray beneath the machine and can be discharged through a pipe to a designated location.

It can process PET bottles, aluminum cans, and Tetra Pak containers, making it ideal for expired or returned beverages, as well as recyclers seeking to add value to waste bottles through secondary processing. In addition, the GREENMAX dewatering machine can be placed at the end of a PE film washing line as an energy-saving alternative to traditional hot-air drying, effectively drying cleaned film.

GREENMAX Pelletizing Machine

This film pelletizing system converts waste PP/PE film into high-quality recycled pellets that can be used in construction materials, packaging, household goods, and more. Waste film is shredded, melted at high temperatures, extruded into strands, cooled with water, and then cut into uniform pellets.

Since film waste can easily wrap around shredding blades and slow the process, GREENMAX developed an “agglomeration → granulation” solution specifically for PE film recycling, greatly improving efficiency. The agglomeration step uses friction, heat, and water cooling to turn waste film into compacted particles, overcoming challenges caused by the original film shape. Moreover, sufficiently clean PE film waste can be directly agglomerated and reused as recycled pellets in production.
