GREENMAX Concludes PRS Dubai with Great Success!

At the PRS exhibition in Dubai, GREENMAX showcased several core machines, attracting customers from the Middle East, Africa, India, and around the world. Through live demonstrations, we proved GREENMAX’s strength and solutions across the entire plastic recycling value chain.

Styrofoam densifier

The GREENMAX densifier is a foam volume reduction machine that efficiently processes EPE, PE film, EPS, EPP, and other foam waste. One machine, multiple uses—helping reduce investment costs in recycling equipment. Using high-temperature melting technology, waste foam is quickly compacted into 90:1 high-density blocks, making transportation and storage easier while cutting logistics and warehousing costs.

For lightweight, bulky foam and film waste, the GREENMAX Styrofoam densifier offers an efficient, low-cost solution, helping businesses save space and increase material value. The machine is simple to operate and highly automated, making foam recycling easy and convenient.

GREENMAX pelletizing machine

At the exhibition, GREENMAX highlighted its pelletizing solutions for PE film and drip tape. With a stable and efficient extrusion process, plastic waste is directly converted into recycled pellets, which can be used locally by factories or exported to African markets. The pellets are cost-effective, with a fast return on investment, helping customers turn waste into value.

Waste PE film is processed by the GREENMAX pelletizing machine through shredding, high-temperature screw extrusion, strand water cooling, and pellet cutting, producing uniform recycled PE pellets. The machine ensures stable production and high-quality output, which can be reused in agricultural film, construction materials, and other recycled products.

Washing recycling machine

For used plastic waste such as PE film, drip tape, and PET bottles, GREENMAX offers a one-stop washing and recycling solution. The full line includes shredding, multiple washing steps (friction, hot, cold), and drying. These modules can be flexibly combined to meet different PP/PE film recycling needs.

The clean flakes obtained after washing can either be sold at a good price to downstream recyclers for direct profit, or connected to the GREENMAX pelletizing machine after the washing recycling machine, producing recycled pellets in a one-stop process. These pellets can be directly reused in factory production, reducing costs.

In addition, some customers only need simple shredding of waste, and GREENMAX also provides high-quality plastic shredding machines. GREENMAX is always committed to the development of the green circular economy, giving new life to waste!
